Technology Tuesday Postponed!


I know so many of you were looking forward to this week's tutorial but I've come down with a nasty cold and I can't write up the post today!  I'll be visiting the doctor later today... hopefully it's not the flu!

I got this email today, and I like rhinos, so I'm spreading the word. Teaching Phonemic Awareness with Sight Words

I have been meaning to make these activities for a while and I finally had the time to do it!  Every time I teach my class a new sight words, we always look at the phonemic sounds that go into it.  I decided to make task cards for a center game that will be sure to help reinforce the phonics that go into the sight words!  I made two sets of cards: pre-primer words and primer words. I can't wait to use this lesson plan with my Kindergarten students tomorrow!
